FAQ's

Q) Where do you get your list from?

A) We have too many sources to list but some of the most common are from such companies as Polk, Experian, D&B and others. The list is matched up to the event you run.

Q) How often do you update your list?

A) Again, depending on the list it ranges from monthly to every quarter but be assured, we DO NOT cut corners when it comes to your list. Getting the message in the right mailbox is priority #1.

Q) How long have you been in this business?

A) You have to go back to the mid-eighties when Ronald Regan was President and Mike Tyson made his debut!

Q) Why don’t you have salespeople?

A) Too many dealers do direct mail today to justify the additional cost to the mailer. The pay plans are aggressive and add thousands of dollars to each mailer. Back in the eighties, you had to first sell a dealer on direct mail then sell why he/she should do business with you. Today, you must focus on why a dealership should do business with you.

Q) What makes you guys different?

A) We are the only company in the country that gives the dealer a choice. You can create your own promotion picking the list, piece, gift, and postage or we can do it all for you. It’s your choice.

Q) What if I just have an idea and want something built from scratch?

A) No problem, call us, tell us about it and we will create it, our pleasure.

Q) When is the best time to run?

A) 90% of dealers run on one of the last 2 weekends of the month. That means very little mail goes out during the beginning of the month. We suggest changing it up. IF no one is running during the first weekend, take a shot at it. But whatever you decide, make sure you run 1 DAY ONLY, 6 hours. Crunch the days, crunch the times. They will come early and stay late anyway. Direct mail is all about urgency.

Q) What gift do I use?

A) Use one you would be proud to hand out to your customers. If you’re going to do direct mail, do it right. Use a premium that your customers see value in.
